The new 2 MGD water treatment plant, put into service September 1st, 2005, is located at 333 Porter Road.

The plant is operated by two licensed employees, and headed by Bill Blakely, who work to provide fresh water to the Village of Montpelier. They can be contacted at 419-485-0936. Our Village has also won the gold medal from Berkeley Springs for the best municipal water in the world three times. Also, the Village of Montpelier has also issued a 2009 Consumer Confidence Report.
