Village Manager, Pam Lucas
Pam oversees and supervises all eight (8) departments of the Village, and is in charge of all day to day operations. She sees that all laws and provisions of the Charter and acts of Council are enforced. She is close in contact with the Mayor and Council members. She makes recommendations and signs and enters into contracts, agreements, and franchise agreements upon Council's approval. She sits on various boards and commisions whose actions are vital to the Village. She also works very closely with the Supervisor of Administrative Services regarding ongoing projects and also with the Director of Finance on the financial matters of the Village. |

Supervisor of Admnistrative Services, Kurt Roan
Kurt assists the Village Manager in overseeing the different departments and is involved in ongoing projects throughout the Village. He works very closely with department heads, Engineers, and Contractors on various projects throughout the Village. He also serves on several boards and committees, and is a Montpelier representative to the WEDCO Board. He also assists the Village Manager and Director of Finance with the financial matters of the Village. |

Director of Finance, Kelly Hephner
Kelly is responsible for the day to day as well as long term finances of the Village; and also the day to day operations of the utility and income tax office. She prepares the budget with the assistance of the Village Manager and the Supervisor of Administrative Services and implements the budget upon approval of Council. She sees that all financial records are in order and are available to the State Auditors upon their request. |
